FAQS:

Q.  I click on an item to purchase and nothing happens.

A.  When you click on the BUY button, the information is displayed in the TOP LEFT column in your shopping cart.  You will be able to see your selection and have the opportunity to check freight costs by inputting your zip code, or go directly to checkout by clicking the CHECKOUT button.  You may also continue to shop - your cart will remain open on the left side of the page until you either CheckOut or Clear it.

Q.  My credit card won't process, what's wrong?

A.  Our merchant account is set up so that the name and address of your credit card must match the billing statement of that card.  If it doesn't match, it may be declined.  This is to protect the owner of the credit card from fraudulent use.  If it does match and you are still declined, you may be over your limit.  If you know that's not the case, please call, and we will assist you in processing your order.

You may also be declined if your card is not held with a U.S. bank.

Q.  How do I know when my item has shipped?

A.  When your item ships, the tracking number will be assigned and emailed to you directly with a copy of your paid invoice from Avante Hands Free.  You can also click on the link to your order at any time to check tracking.

Q.  I clicked on the BUY button for an item I don't want, or too many of the same item.  What should I do?

A.  Simply click on the CLEAR YOUR CART link in the top left portion where your shopping cart is displayed, and choose something else or correct the quantity.

Q.  How do I return my item?

A.  Please see our RETURNS section.

Q.  How long does it take to receive my item?

A.  We usually ship within 24 hrs. upon receipt of your order.  If we are temporarily out of inventory, we will notify you, and give you the option of waiting until our product arrives, or offer you a refund.
