Replacement clear voice tube for Plantronics H81, H91, H101, H171, H251, H261, H351, and H361 model headsets.  This microphone tube extension is required for crisp, pink communication when using a headset.  It  is recommended by Plantronics, the manufacturer, to be replaced every 6-months.
