RETURNS POLICY - All in-stock merchandise may be returned to AVANTE HANDS FREE within 30 days (dating from the invoice date) by contacting AVANTE HANDS FREE Customer Service at at 1-336-858-2639 for a "return authorization" number. This number should be written on the outside of the box/packaging to ensure proper and timely processing of your replacement order or credit. Please include complete instructions for exchange, replacement or refund back to your credit card on the packing slip inside the box. No returns are accepted after the 30 day period. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any items returned without original packing material (such as boxes and bags) will be subject to a restocking fee. AVANTE HANDS FREE is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
REFUSED ITEMS - If an item is refused without prior notice to AVANTE HANDS FREE, the customer will be charged a $25 restocking fee.
EXTENDED
HOLIDAY RETURNS: Customers who purchase from AVANTE HANDS FREE between the Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day will have until January 25 of the following year to return items.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY - Unless otherwise noted, all items featured on the AVANTE HANDS FREE website are warehoused for prompt and immediate delivery. Once you have placed your order you will receive a faxed or emailed acknowledgement within 24 hours of placing your order. If your selected merchandise is not available, you will be notified and alternatives will be offered.
PRODUCTS - All products are 100% factory new. AVANTE HANDS FREE does not sell refurbished products.
MINIMUM ORDER - There is a $1.00 minimum purchase.
SALES TAX -
North Carolina residents are subject to a six percent (7.25%) sales tax or more depending on their specific county.
PAYMENT - Major credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit cards orders require a valid billing address. AVANTE HANDS FREE does not accept credit cards with international billing addresses (as these can not be verified). All prices are in US funds. Orders with international billing addresses will be automatically cancelled with the exception of our customers in Canada. Canadian orders will be processed normally.
